After receiving comparable quotes, I chose Scottsdale Air over Parker & Sons. I felt like the Scottsdale Air salesman was more thorough in explaining the process and my options. And the installation crew turned out to be just as thorough - they went over and above in retrofitting my new A/C into the old with new materials and fixed some shotty workmanship from prior installation company.
