I find Kirkwood Auto to be a very Professional business! They are there when you need them for any car issues. They are always willing to help & assist you with your car needs.
They explain & educate you on what is going on with your car. I appreciate that. I feel they are a trustworthy business. The waiting area is neat & clean, with amenities of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. The magazines are neat & organized. I appreciate the friendly staff who are willing to assist in a timely manner. They have excellent customer service. It is a convenient place & they have a shuttle service - which is nice & helpful!
