Three days after my checkup and oil change, my right front tire blew out and I barely made it to a garage. When they checked the tires, they found that two of them had dry rot on them and last one was worn down. Since I am a female I depend on my automotive people to tell me when I need new tires. I bought four new tires. I called Kirkwood and spoke to the manager and he assured me that they took pictures of my tires and they were ok even though they have some dry rot on them. I don't feel like I can trust them anymore even though they have not given me any trouble before this. Manager made me feel like I had no reason to complain. I asked him if he would trust those tires if I were a member of his own family and said good bye.
