Kirkwood Auto won me over on a cold rainy day when I had to begin a long drive to an appointment and my regular auto mechanic's shop was closed. I came in to a clean, welcoming lobby to see if I could find someone who might be able to help me. I told my dilemma to clean cut, neatly dressed man who assisted me immediately and, with a smile that never faded, happily told me, "No charge!"

A few months later, ready to have an oil change and a winter inspection on my car, I decided that this company deserved at least SOME business from me. Well, I received the same attentive, courteous, and timely help which I had received the first time. I just love the way they explained everything they found with my car, and gave me options on exactly how urgent, or not urgent, each issue was. Their waiting is room bright, sunny, comfortable, and clean with hot coffee and tea readily available all the time.

You can't imagine how happy I am that I wandered into their parking lot on that cold rainy day. They now have a customer for life! Thanks, Kirkwood Auto!
