The woman who assisted me in the initial phase was friendly and knowledgeable. She guided me well regarding the color of the blinds as well as the kind that worked for my house. The installers who came also did an excellent job. They were extremely professional and efficient. They were also communicative and kept me updated on the progress of the project. I also found their pricing to be very, very reasonable. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The blinds look so good that I still get compliments on them.
