I called B&P Painting when I noticed some warping on a door they provided and painted and some wear spots on the patio benches they painted for us 2 years ago. It is very rare these days that businesses stand behind their work product but this business does. Jim came out and reviewed these areas and it was agreed that they would be able to repair and repaint them using a different paint that is more flexible and weather resistant. In addition to my concerns, Jim also pointed out some other areas needing attention including a patio beam that had a cracked piece, some rafter edges that needed attention and a roof tile on the edge of our eaves that had broken off. These repairs were completed with total satisfaction. All I was charged for was Jim’s labor costs. He even came back the next day to put up the roof tile we found after cutting the roof tile to the correct length at the shop. This painting company is one we will continue to use for all our painting needs because we have confidence in their work and fair business practices.
