Adequate Results

Overall, I had a pretty good experience working with B & P Painting Inc. and I thought that the results of their service were adequate. Most recently, I worked with the company for the first time to paint the interior of my house. I was hoping they would have done an eggshell, but they wanted to do a flat. I would consider using them again in the future. However, there would have to be a clearer understanding of what would be done first. But otherwise, I appreciate the service and they were decent employees.

I'm sorry you did not have a 5 star experience with B&P Painting. We strive to be much more than "adequate".

As far as the sheen chosen for the interior of your home, you did not specify eggshell, and we matched the sheen previously used on the surfaces. If this is not what you wanted, we apologize and agree that more communication would have helped.
