The technicians from Clean Air Heating and Air Conditioning were very, very good. They did what they said they would do. My only complaint was that they were so busy, it was hard to get in touch with them. I left several messages, and it took a while for them to return my call. When the technicians are here, they're great, but it's hard to get a call back or an update on where they are. But, like I said, the crews are great, and they move quickly once they arrive. They do very, very good work. They are very honest. They are very thorough. Instead of just throwing equipment in, they actually measured the house and made several recommendations. They gave me a suite of options to consider based on their expertise. I really appreciated having a choice. That's the first time I've ever had an air conditioning company work that hard to size the unit properly.
