I have a contract for the annual cleaning and maintenance for my HVAC unit with Clean Air Heating and Air Conditioning. I signed up with them pre-COVID. Their customer service is terrific. The Gal who answers the phone is great to deal with, and I think the technicians do a fantastic job. They have the best customer service skills. These technicians make you aware of what is going on and what is happening when they come out for the service call. For example; the previous HVAC company, in eight years, never replaced the filters in the attic. Clean Air Heating and Air Conditioning let me know that indeed there were filters in the attic that should have been replaced the entire time that they were servicing my unit. I never go into the attic and had no idea until Clean Air technicians talked with me about this system and what they were doing. I think they did an outstanding job, and I could not appreciate a company more!
