I have 13 heat pumps that Clean Air services for me, commercial and residential units. They work for me because they are honest. Fees are reasonable and Clean Air is always trying to save me money. I had one unit that never worked since installation, 2 separate companies charged me $600 to replace the circuit board that was burned out. Clean air asked why did the board burn out at the same time a year each year? They figured out it was a faulty thermostat installed on day one.
$200 and the HVAC was diagnosed and fixed never a problem again.
