We contracted with Clean Air to replace the old outdoor and indoor A/C units that provide heating and cooling for our first floor. Four technicians removed the old units and set the new ones in place in just one morning. Two of the technicians completed the installation the next day. Tests indicated that the old ductwork was not sized properly for this unit. Miscommunication resulted in an additional flexible duct being installed on the third day in a location we did not like. We and a Clean Air technician determined an acceptable duct location on the fourth day. The duct was moved to the new location on the morning of the fifth day at no additional charge. Clean Air also arranged payment of a rebate from CPS and registered the installation with Carrier. We are very pleased with the final installation. We appreciate the flexibility and professionalism of everyone at Clean Air.
