Where do I start......... 2017 I had the fortune of knowing Village plumbing was who and what i needed. The why was i had HUGE 300, 400 city water bills on my property in 2017 right before Harvey flooded and damaged my home. Like many Houston residents. . Bradley arrived (pre harvey) diagnosed, informed, and was so kind to me as well as to my renter a pregnant mom of (2 now 3 boys) who has a beautiful water efficent Toto commode, as does my other unit. I had the pleasure of meeting many Village employees of high character over the years. Village responded to one Sunday morning crises that Bradley, who knew i just spent 1,400 dollars in plumbing and had 300 and 400 dollar water bills showed me a loyalty Village Plumbing showed me since day one. It paid off again that Sunday morning as Bradley had a crew of 3 young men in my Magnolia Park neighborhood who worked faster than a NASCAR pit crew, and more efficiently,as i experienced the action OF Village service as the crew charged me less than a hundred bucks that Sunday morning. After Harvey when my damaged home had a busted pipe, Village Plumbing told me THE TRUTH, We can't get you anyone until over 24 hours because all the crews were booked, and promised to have someone there in 2 days. Village even in flooded crises, called me to make sure my problem got fixed, actually concerened about a customer and even apologizing and upholding a second to none reputation even during Houstons record breaking disaster. Village sent a guy out several weeks later, That is customer service, the younger Houstonians owe it to their home, and peace of mind to experence That folks is why trusting Village is an action that on Multiple occassions i am obligated to share what i experienced over the years, Consistantly. Village Plumbing is owned by the daughter of original owners, protects the Village reputation by not cutting corners when it comes to the Village name Houston knows to trust. In heat of July 2018 to Harvey flood of 2017 Village Plumbing represents the city of Houston with a group of men and woman that exemplify a Houston institution that i hope never changes. Thank you Village Plumbing, for the peace of mind you and ALL your wonderful employees who on multiple times prove by action what Houstonians already know....... Call Village, they cool even when you and your a/c not
