My realtor just recommended this company to me after we used 2 other inspection companies in the last 2 years.

Of the 3 companies I used, I found working with Bryan was the best experience I have had. The work was professional and seems to be thorough.

I appreciated all the pictures he took of the property, the listing of the serial numbers of the appliances for later reference, the 2 sections of the report first listing the defects and then having a summary report that I can send to the seller to fix.

He also got the report back to me quickly.

The only drawback I found is he is more expensive than the other companies, but he is worth it.

I will definitely use him again when I buy additional properties.
