I called up A-PRO Home Inspection Service when I was in the process of purchasing my new home. I believe this was the first time I used their services -- I can't recall if I used them for my previous home. The inspector was great and did a very thorough job in the four hours he worked during the inspection. The cost was a bit high. To be fair, I am not entirely sure sure of the going rate of home inspections as I typically am not in the business of purchasing homes all of the time. Other than that, great experience and I recommend them to others who need home inspections.
