I'm a long time customer at AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring and I can tell you that they are proactive, courteous, friendly, and warm. They are very pro-customer. It's just a great service. They really go out of their way in offering the best possible product in best way. The aftercare service is good too. It's not as though they wash their hands off after selling a product, they do a thorough follow up.
