AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring put in a rug for me. They did it well, they did it neatly, they were professional, and I found them to be extremely pleasant people to work with. As a first-time customer, I do plan to go back soon. Nita was especially helpful; she listened to my needs and helped me find the right rug. When I wasn't sure which one I wanted, she wasn't pushy and it was a very nice experience. Any coupons she knew were coming out, she gave me the advantage of knowing they were coming. It was just a very good rapport. I didn't just find Nita to be helpful, I got to know everyone there because I went in so many times trying to find what felt like the right carpet. They let me take home samples and bring them back. They made it easy and I did find the right carpet in the end. Everyone there is worth their weight in gold and they all deserve raises!
