They couldn't care less about my needs
I bought a tile floor from them. I've always had rugs in the kitchen, but the new flooring I wasn't crazy about. I want scatter rugs in my kitchen but they never mentioned scatter rugs. They weren't particularly interested in my project or helping me.
They couldn't care less about my experience. They were nice and friendly when I came in but not interested in what I was doing. The guy didn't even move from his desk when I came in to talk to him. Their stuff is okay, but don't expect any customer service from them. They have a family owned sign outside which surprised me. They were in business in the 70's and 40 years ago I bought a rug from them. I must have been one of their first customers and the reason I never went back to them then was because I thought they were too high-pressure. Now it's the opposite. The installers came in in September because the people who were installing it were on vacation before then, and then in late November or early December I got a sales receipt and finally a short paper telling me how to take care of the floor. They never followed up with me or called to see how my experience went with them.
