The installer from AJ Rose was very helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He installed my flooring in a great time frame, even accommodated my schedule by installing on Saturdays. I can't give him enough kudos. My only minor comment would be that the storefront seemed understaffed, so while we were picking out our flooring the service wasn't so quick or attentive. But once we picked it out, it all went well, I have no problems with the quality of product. I would definitely recommend them!
