My new living room rug poorly installed in June. When installed they chipped my ceramic tile, my newly refinished woodwork and newly painted rod iron rail. When they came back with big wigs Jason and the operation manager they had to patch with the 5X7 rug that I had to match the living room and promised to give me two more to replace the damaged one. Well I have called Jason twice so far and he has not returned my calls. Made a third call today.
