When I visited their store, they helped me right away and answered my questions. I never felt obligated to make a choice right away. They were nice enough to show me a variety of floor samples and explained each of them.
I had been looking at other flooring businesses to help me install new floors in my house, but AJ's had the best online reviews. They were the highest on my list of prospective places. So I made an appointment with them right away.
The two people who came to install the floors were great and finished the job efficiently. They were respectful and good listeners. True gentlemen. During the three days of the work, they showed up on time early in the morning everyday. It all turned out great in the end. I have already recommended them to many people.
