AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring provides excellent customer service. They were willing to work with us fairly quickly. They were determined to get me my first choice in carpeting, even though I had told them that I was happy to go with my second choice. I found that to be very refreshing, because finding customer service that is all about you is hard to come by these days. I loved that they were easy to reach, too. They were great, and I would highly recommend them.
