AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring has excellent customer service and my carpet installation job turned out great. We had carpet installed on the lower level of our home, and it was very well done. The edges and corners were tricky, and we were very concerned about them, and they look perfect. We originally went to the business to pick out the carpet before the Covid-19 Pandemic hit. Then we met with them virtually, and the salesman understood our style and took great care in assisting us. The installers were wonderful; they wore masks and kept us very safe. They were professional, friendly, and courteous. The selection of carpet was large, and they did not try to up-sale us. They were responsive to our needs. I am a fussy customer and they met and exceeded all our expectations. I like them because they are local and I recommend them because they are a very customer-oriented company.
