I was trying to get a property ready to sell and I needed some carpet that was good, but not too expensive. So I went to AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring. I had used them in the past, and they did a good job then. The person in the showroom was very helpful, and she pointed to me to exactly what I needed. I am the kind of person who lays everything out in advance, so when their calculations of the yardage needed exceed mine, I asked them about it. They were very gracious, and they explained that they made their measurements to leave as few seams as possible in the carpet. I explained that if I planned on keeping the place, that would be fine, but I was more interested in just getting it carpeted and sold at this time. The point being, they did not get mad with me for questioning them, and I thought that was a mark of great customer service. The installation people were also great to work with. They were very respectful and they took their shoes off while they worked. They installed the carpet with no difficulty, and they did an excellent job! I could not have been happier with them. All the way around, I was very happy with AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring! I would give them 10 Stars if that was possible. I highly recommend them to everyone! They are a great company to do business with!
