I had my stairs measured by AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring and then had a new rug put on my stairs going down to the basement. When I went to the store they gave me a pallet of samples which they let me take home so I could figure out what I wanted. I thought that was great. The pricing for their products and service was excellent, much less than I thought it would be. The installation only took about half a day and went very smoothly. It was not a very big project. This was my first time working with them but I'm planning on going back again to do some more work. The things have are all good quality and customer service is important to them.
