We recently purchased a carpet at AJRose in the Natick store and were quite pleased with their service and quality products. The customer rep was attentive, patient and very accommodating, patiently pulling out dozens of samples. She explained the differences and focused on our specific needs. The carpet was delivered as scheduled by a customer oriented driver.
