AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring installed new carpet for our stairs. They did a good job but haven't been very responsive since. My wife and I decided that we wanted to change how it looked and gave them a call about it. Andrew told us that they would take care of it and eventually never got back to us about it. They also left lemons at our house that they said they would pick back up later. I'm hoping to just visit the store later this week and have everything sorted out.
