I was really impressed with the guy that came out from All Preferred Chem-Dry. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and you could tell that he really knew what he was doing and that he took pride in his work. He was a really nice guy and the only reason I knocked him a little is because on one of my larger carpets there was a spot that was a little darker than when he started which was odd. Other than that though he did a great job and I would totally recommend him to anyone who needs their carpets done. Next time I need my carpets cleaned I will be calling and requesting him personally.
