I've hired All Preferred Chem-Dry several times and I think they do a good job. They clean the carpets in my house and thy usually do a great job, but this time there were a few spots that I noticed that didn't come out. I really like Randy and thinks he provides a great service, but he's really expensive and my last deep cleaning cost me $360. I will probably use them again, but I hope their quality remains worth the cost.
