General Manager Fred Habert, Production Manager Kevin Blevins, (and Senior Claims Service Adjuster Rob McGruder) were all outstanding. Each did his part in unhurried and patient explaining of the needed repairs. No question was treated as a dumb question. The photographs of progress were a new and an appreciated experience. The matching chairs in the clean and snack-stocked waiting area were VERY comfortable. (Autobody Resurrection CARSTAR should consider selling the same model chair in different colors :-) The car was finished one day ahead of schedule. The surprise icing on the cake was discovering a car that badly needed cleaning, inside and outside, completely cleaned, washed, waxed, even the dusty dashboard, all looked like a new car. Thanks for changing a hit-and-run fender bender into many accolades.
