Good company,poorly managed

Could not find house,even though they were given address and very good instructions,we talked on phone several times,while they were lost,we even tried to meet them to show them where we live,they could not find meeting place,they were over an hour late and we were the first client of the day.We did not need a truck,but 2 trucks came to our house.We ha ve used your services many times.this was a 2 hour job,I am sure you lost money.

We were very accommodating in rescheduling this move numerous times. Our guys didn't have gps that day and we are sorry they got lost, but they did perform the move to your satisfaction and they took good care of you. The second truck came to pickup a third worker and this made sense for our business logistically. We appreciate your concern about our company and it's profits and your business!
