Movers came on time. I had move 98% of things that were going on the truck in the front room so the movers wouldn't have to do much as far as time. All they had to do was pull up to the door. They got there and spent 20 mins outside then truck broke down they had to wait on mechanic. My main issue was my headboard was dropped and broken. Nothing was put together boxes was dropped in the front room and left. All TV's was left in the living room floor for me to get No small TV's. I had to put the beds together. I attempted to call for a whole week to tell the supervisor about the headboard among other things. Left message but no return call as of yet. I also was charged for three hrs although the truck broke down and my furniture ruined. They claimed they left the screws to the bed at the other house which I feel it was because the broke the bed. No one bothered to tell me I didn't see it until later that night when moving the things in the rooms. They had the headboard turned backwards so I wouldn't see it while they were there. My paperwork wasn't in the possession of the movers they also left that at the other house and he had to bring it back later. Most terrible experience I had with movers.
