To avoid going to jail I signed a custody modification order under duress. I was desperate - my prior attorney could do nothing - and then I found Mr. Shaw. He was on the case within a few days. Mr. Shaw is not a criminal law attorney but I asked him to help me anyways as this involved a family crime. He went into court, brought a motion to dismiss the criminal charges, and he just wowed the court and left the D.A. stuttering (literally)! It was clear he was the expert in that courtroom.
