Did not realize how I lost the audio on one of three tubes.
I checked the power cord. I checked the remote. I checked the electric box to see if any breakers had switched position. I called Matt Miller at Intuitive Audio and went through all the steps enumerated. He stated to cold start the unit: unplug for 60 seconds and then try it after returning the set to power. By God, he knew what the problem was immediately. I had not thought of a cold start, but it worked. This what you call for service after the sale. Did Intuitive Audio solve the problem .
