Years ago, we wanted our house to use smart technology in as many ways as possible. At the time, we worked with Digital Interiors, the only company in Atlanta doing that. They helped make our house a smart house with electronic doors and all the other bells and whistles. But we had some problems with them because they were geared more toward commercial than residential applications. Intuitive AV was mentioned when we started looking around for another provider. We've been with Intuitive AV for about five years. Initially, they did a thorough evaluation of our home and recommended a less expensive control unit than what we had. We went with Control4. They changed out some components and software and since that time everything has worked seamlessly and well. We have keyless entry with touchpads, and security touchpads throughout the house. Our media room has hookups plus a hard disc connection. We have music throughout the house, the shades and lights are automatic, and everything is controllable through our phones. One of the best parts of working with Intuitive AV has been their great service people, there's even one from Digital who knew our system from before. They are able to fix things remotely which makes it easy. They don't even have to come to the house, they can text me through the occasional snag. Their service is great. Their people are reliable and respond when we call them. They are a little bit pricey but that goes with the territory.
