Called tiger plumbing over a water heater. a few days later i am looking at s $61,176 dollar debt from two out of state lrnding companies with high interest and lending charges. after they got to my house i believe that made things up to rush my wife into signing on a tablet while i was at work. what was agreed to was not what i ended up owing. there was a bunch of work that was not needed when i only called them over a water heater. they recieved $38000 from two out of state lending companies which was their outragous price for the work and here is what they left this Desert Storm Veteran with owing $25000 at 14.99% with a $28000 finance charge (10yrs of payments) and $13,875 at 10.9% not one question was answered in a professional manner and all i got was blame disrepect and anger. asked for an itemized bill and this outraged management. this company did not want me to know their prices. when i finally got it and asked "why did you charge me $9800 for an $1800 tankless water heater i did not need? i just got a smug answer of "our prices are our prices" tiger plumbing was not honest with us and i believe took our trust and used it to make $38000 before christmas 2021.
