I HIRED Tiger Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical Services not knowing of the warning on the BBB website or all the bad reviews on them. my water heater went out and after defending them to others that told me not to call my water heater went out 12-9-2021 they were working on my house 12-10-2022. they were fast talking and made it sound affordable. but also they were made aware of me just paying off my my mortgage a year before they were at my house and a small job that cost me $1500 they brought up the other work on my house and tried to finance me then turned down. this time i was approved. 3 days of work $61,176 after financing. $25000 14.99% interest $28000 finance charge and the other bank started at $12,000 but now is $13870. i asked for an itemized bill. first i got angry heated calls mostly about my online reviews but the only other offer i got was $38000 12 months $3500 a month. when i finally got the itemized bill $9800 for one tankless water heater $10,800 for one 200am fuse box. way over charged by many things. i just wanted a fair affordable bill but i got shock horror and anger. i will always regret calling them for help.
