Exchange Authority LLC. was pretty good at handling my account. They were communicative and for the most part efficient. There was only one instance where an email was not read which delayed a part of the process but they quickly handled that instance and it all worked out very well. Everything turned out smoothly for me. They do charge a fee for service which at the time I thought was very reasonable. I have had some feedback from friends who have said since they sold this business to someone else the fees have gone up a bit. My experience was a good one with them and I have no complaints at all.
