This is not the first time we've used Exchange Authority. They are very thorough and everything is very well organized. They follow the law down to the letter and they're very timely as well. I would absolutely use them again. They're available for phone calls and communication by either email or phone is very easy. They keep on top of what needs to be done and communicate clearly about it. For example, we got an email in January saying "Whatever you do, DON'T file your income taxes until you have the actual documents in your hands." They're very aware of deadlines and the money that they put in your deposit is held in an escrow account, so there can be no collusion. They do things in the safest and most legal way possible.
