My Realtor set this appointment for me and I went over to the house to get an idea of how things looked. David B was my inspector and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and easy to understand. He gave me many tips of things to watch out for, I've never had an experience like this before with home inspectors (having had my previous home refinanced and inspectors have come to the home to review). Everyone I interacted with at America's Choice were friendly and seem to love their jobs. I highly recommend this company and David brings a wealth of knowledge and his own personal experiences which I think must be very valuable in this industry.
