You would not believe the issues I've incurred since using this company, including a 1 inch crack in GAS hot water heater pipe in attic, that was not caught. I had continued to smell fuels while I was in the walk in attic (thank God it was a walk in.) Because the door was kept shut, I assumed that was the reason the smell of gas had collected but not so. One morning I was up there sorting through boxes and started getting sick to my stomach and a terrible headache. Called the gas company and they told me to leave the house, that they would be right out. The gas hot water heater was red flagged and of course, repaired. Many other things missed as well. The other day I had my HVAC system inspected and also had the tech look at my humidifier which is from the furnace. He said that the hose feeding water to furnace was disconnected and lying on the floor of the crawl space. He also said "lucky for you as the water to the hose had been shut off. Otherwise your crawl space would have been flooded." He also said that the AC units were the filthiest he had ever run across. Don't use this company. They were crazy expensive and I assumed I was getting the best..Unfortunately I was wrong.
