I would have rated 0 stars if that is available. My House's pre-dry wall inspection was done by Robert Vanderford and there is nothing in the report. There are only couple of issues mentioned and they were mentioned by me in the end after the inspection was done. Other than what I have pointed there is nothing in the report. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have wasted my money going with this company.
