George missed a major issue with the dishwasher. The property was vacant and the dishwasher was never used after the inspection was completed, but during a home visit, one of the prospective tenants who came to see the house draw our attention to the water sitting in the dishwasher. The report we received had no mention of drainage problem in the dishwasher. I have called the company and e-mailed the inspector and one of the representatives of the company and I was told that they would get back to me, but they never did. I had to pay someone else to fix the issue right before the current tenant moved in. Stay away from Americas Choice Inspections.
