Scott is the most thorough, well spoken and experienced inspector I have ever worked with. He is amazing when it comes to speaking to my clients after he completes an inspection and gives them complete detailed explanations of exactly what he found. He is very responsive whenever I have a question and builds a strong rapport with my clients which makes my job way easier. He always gives my clients his number with the report and encourages any follow up questions or concerns.
