I just had an inspection with Bob Cancellieri and it was a fantastic experience. I learned a lot about the in-outs of the home I was under contract for. He saved me from what seemed to be a total gut job project. I will definitely request Bob for the next home inspection and feel confident his findings will help me get into a new home.
