I highly recommend them for all the inspection needs. It was really easy to schedule the inspection, Matthew was on time, very through, he called my clients and explained all his findings without freaking them out. He found two structural issues in a new construction and I’m glad we hire him; otherwise, we wouldn’t have known or have to deal with warranty.
