Very pleased with the entire process. Our inspector Todd was great and took the time to review his findings with us. Very knowledgeable and thorough, he was patient, honest and kind and explained things to make sure we understood what was done, what was found, and what it meant to us. The final report was also well written with clear details of all the results.
