My home inspection that was held by Bob C. was very detailed and he had a lot of knowledge to share with me. I am also very grateful that his report was ready in under 8 hours. He answered all of my questions and based upon his experiences, suggested what my next steps should be assuring that the repairs are made. He was very patient because I asked a lot of questions.
