Bob Cancellieri was very knowledgeable and professional during our inspection. He provided feedback during the inspection and went through everything very thoroughly at time of service as well as provided a detailed report with pictures. He answered all of our questions and has great customer service skills. We never felt rushed. He instilled confidence and we felt this was a great value for the cost. A great experience.
