Number one...he showed up early for both appointments (that is very impressive in this day and time). He went right to work...but took the time to explain to me what he was doing. He was incredibly knowledgable. He went about his job in workman-like fashion...and went over every inch of the houses both inside and out. He was open to explaining any issues he found and he was a wealth of information. The peace of mind he brought me was priceless. More impressive was the turnaround from the actual inspection to receiving my inspection reports. And the thoroughness of those reports was stunning. Very complete, very concise, with pictures to illustrate any and every issue. My two home inspections were possibly the most positive business transactions I've ever dealt with.
