We've taken our 1985 Ford Aerostar van for service at GTM Auto Repair three times. The parts are hard to find, but they tenaciously found all the parts that were needed and kept working at it. I thought that was really professional! I've done my own mechanic work, so I know how much effort it takes, so I was not offended by a six- or seven-hundred dollar bill because I know how hard they work. I felt good enough about the work and the way they did it that I tipped them! They are very organized in the office, too. All the details are typed up, which I know takes time just like mechanic work, and I think that is very professional. They are great about identifying potential problems; for example, the first time I took the van in they notified me that my brakes would need attention, and so the second time I went in I had them take care of that too. The last time I had service, I needed to have my car checked and tuned up before a vacation and they hustled to get it done in a week! My wife just loves this car and we're trying to make it last as long as it can, and GTM Auto Repair is helping to keep it alive for at least a couple more years!
